I tried everything: braces, chiropractic care, shoe lifts, endless adjustments. Nothing brought lasting relief. Deep down, I knew surgery wasn’t my path, so I kept searching.
I know what it feels like to be trapped in pain, exhausted by endless treatments, and wondering if life will always feel this hard.
Through years of exploration, I discovered how to reconnect with my heart and energy. When that shifted, everything changed.
Today, after more than a decade pain-free, I guide others through the same kind of transformation, so you can feel more like yourself again.
