By purchasing a session, workshop, or activation with Aligning Your Heart, you agree to the following:

Services Provided:
Sessions, activations, and courses are designed for personal growth, energetic alignment, and well-being support. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or financial advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Payment & Refunds:
All payments are due at the time of registration. Digital activations, courses, and live events are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If you cannot attend a live session, a replay (when included) will be provided.
For 1:1 sessions, at least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. Missed or late-cancelled sessions will not be refunded.

Client Responsibility:
You are responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Aligning Your Heart does not guarantee specific results. By participating, you acknowledge you are engaging voluntarily and at your own discretion.

Intellectual Property:
All materials, recordings, and scripts provided remain the property of Aligning Your Heart. Access to recordings is for your personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or redistributed.

Technology:
Aligning Your Heart is not responsible for technical issues on the client’s side, including internet connectivity or device difficulties.

Governing Law:
These terms are governed by the laws of Manitoba, Canada.
