At the centre of everything I offer is Heart Light Energy, a living frequency that has continued to deepen, evolve, and reveal new dimensions through my own journey and the work I've shared with others.
The Heart Light
Heart Light Energy emerged gradually through my own inner journey.
Long before I had language for this work, I knew my path had something to do with the heart. I have always been deeply affected by the suffering of others and have carried a genuine desire to support people through physical pain, emotional struggle, mental strain, and the places within life that can become difficult to move through alone.
My passion for healing also grew from my own experience.
For nearly thirty years, I lived with significant physical pain related to scoliosis. After a near-death accident, I was introduced to energy healing. Within three sessions, the pain I had experienced at a level nine had reduced to approximately a level two. Over time, that transformation continued, and I have now lived pain-free for more than a decade.
That experience changed the direction of my life.
It opened me to the understanding that physical pain and emotional struggle can carry an energetic component, and that meaningful support often begins by reaching beneath the surface to what is contributing to the pattern at its root.
A Deeper Listening to the
Body & Energy
My work honours the body and its intelligence.
The body is never separate from the emotional, energetic, and spiritual experiences moving through us. The chakras, the heart, the nervous system, lived experience, and the deeper patterns held within the field can all become part of what is asking for attention.
Rather than working only with what is most visible, I listen for the energy beneath it.
This may involve clearing what has become heavy or discordant, supporting the chakras, restoring movement through the field, and creating the conditions for the body and heart to return to greater harmony.
The Heart at the Centre
of the Work
When I connect deeply with my heart during a session, the frequencies that come through are specific to the individual or group receiving them.
This work responds to the person, the energy, the lived experience, and what is most ready to be supported in that moment.
A cocoon of energy is created around the heart, offering a protected and deeply supportive space for the work to unfold. Within this field, the Violet Flame supports the clearing and transformation of discordant energy, while Heart Light Energy is brought through to restore, strengthen, open, and recalibrate the heart and the wider energetic system.
Each experience is unique because each person is unique.
Voice, Sound, and Frequency
Sound has always carried a powerful resonance for me, and over time it became an essential part of everything I offer.
My voice, channeled frequencies, and sound healing now work together with Heart Light Energy, intuitive guidance, chakra support, and multidimensional energetic work.
Sound reaches places that words alone cannot. It moves through the body, the heart, and the energy field in ways that support clearing, integration, stillness, and deeper transformation.
Today, Heart Light Energy continues to evolve through every session, activation, and sound experience I create.
At its centre is a simple intention: to meet each person with genuine care and compassion, to reach the deeper root of what is asking for support, and to offer an experience that may bring greater relief, clarity, movement, and connection with the wisdom already present within them.
