Meet Your Host — Kari Kiazyk

I’m Kari, the founder of Aligning Your Heart, and I created this work from lived experience.

For many years, I lived with chronic tension and a body that didn’t know how to truly rest. I tried pushing through and managing the pain, until I realized my body wasn’t broken — it was holding years of unprocessed stress and responsibility.

Sound became one of the first ways my body learned how to soften again.

Through crystal bowls and frequency, I experienced what it felt like to finally exhale — physically, emotionally, and energetically. That shift changed my relationship with my body and brought a deeper sense of calm and connection.

Today, I’m deeply passionate about creating gentle, supportive spaces where others can slow down, release what they’ve been carrying, and reconnect with their natural calm.

This work is about giving your system the conditions it needs to remember how to rest and heal.
